How do I register?

What is the cost to host?
- In-Person Experience: $200 per table. A $20 deposit is required to reserve each table. Tables will seat 10 ladies. (Includes meal, program materials, favors, and Hostess Kit)
- Virtual Experience: $30 for Hostess Kit for up to 10 ladies (Includes favors, viewing link, program materials, and Hostess Kit) *Does not include meal.
Is my cost refundable?
No, but it is transferrable.

Will there be Individual Tickets for sale?
Yes, a limited number of Individual Tickets for the in-person event will go on sale Monday, November 11. $20 each.

What is in the Hostess Kit?
In-Person Experience: The Hostess Kit contains your 10 favors and 10 tickets.
Virtual Experience: The Hostess Kit is filled with Spiced Mix for Cider and favors (for 10), You may order additional Hostess Kits if your number exceeds 10. There will be a digital version of the Invitation for you to send to your ladies.
How do I get my Hostess Kit?
Hostess Kit Pickup will be Saturday, November 9 on the Bonny Oaks Campus from 9:30–11a.

Hostess Kits will be mailed to those hosting outside the Chattanooga area.
How many people do I invite?
In-Person Experience: Your table will seat 10. You may reserve multiple tables for multiple nights if desired.
Virtual Experience: Your kit will include favors for 10. You may order additional Hostess kits if your number exceeds 10.
What about food?
In-Person Experience: Your table costs will include a delicious dinner and dessert for the 10 seated at your table. This cost will also include coffee, spiced cider, iced tea, and water. You will provide dinner plates or chargers, silverware, drinking glasses, napkins, and a centerpiece.
Virtual Experience: You may choose to serve your guests a meal that you prepare, have Doordash deliver, or order a pizza – the possibilities are endless! It’s all up to you!
When can I host the Virtual Experience?
- Live Stream (Option 1) allows you to participate concurrently with our In-Person Experience. This option is only available on Tuesday-December3, Wednesday- December 4, and Thursday-December 5. The program begins at 7p.
- Playback (Option 2) will be available beginning Friday, December 6 after 5p. This option allows you to pick your day and time to host. With the playback, you will be able to pause, rewind, etc.
Do I have to use china?
No. You can use paper plates or anything you think is fun.
Do I have to live in the Chattanooga area to host?
No. Our Virtual Experience allows ladies to host from anywhere!
Do I have to be a member of Silverdale to host a table In-Person?
No. We would love to have anyone host a table!
How will I view the program?
For the Virtual Experience, you will receive instructions the week of the event. This will allow you to view the entire program.

What time is the event?
At each of our In-Person Locations, doors will open at 5:30p. Dinner begins at 6:30p. Our program will end by 8:30p.
What are the dates of the tea?
The In-Person Bonny Oaks Experience will take place on Monday -December 2, Tuesday – December 3, Wednesday – December 4, and Thursday -December 5 on the Bonny Oaks Campus.

Live Streaming for our Virtual Experience will take place December 3-5. On these nights, the Live Program will begin at 7:00p.
Playback for the Virtual Experience will also be available beginning Friday, December 6 after 5p for those who are hosting the Tea at Home.
What is the theme?
Repeat the Sounding Joy
Psalm 9:1-2 “I will praise You, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. I will be filled with joy because of You. I will sing praises to Your name, O Most High.”
What will the program be like?
A special program designed uniquely for women. It is intended to encourage and engage women with the truths of Scripture and stories of God’s faithfulness.
How can the men serve?
- In-Person Experience: Men have an opportunity to encourage our ladies by serving each table. Each hostess can add the name of her table server to her hostess registration, or you can sign up to serve by emailing: silverdalewomen@silverdalebc.com.
- Men will arrive at 5:30p on the evening(s) they are serving for a quick training and light dinner.
- We ask the men serving to wear dark pants, a light button-up shirt, and a tie.
- Virtual Experience: Cook or serve the meal, valet park cars, watch the kids, or wash the dishes!
Are there places ladies can serve at the event?
